Shipping Methods: Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are determined by the vendor and will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.

Shipping Responsibility
Vendor Responsibility: WoPPE ShoPPE acts as a marketplace connecting customers with vendors. Each vendor is responsible for shipping their products to the customer.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, the vendor will provide a tracking number and shipping details. This information will be available in your WoPPE ShoPPE account and/or sent to your provided email address.

International Shipping
–  Availability: Shipping availability may vary by vendor and product. Please check the vendor’s shipping policy for international shipping options.
Customs and Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges that may apply to international shipments. WoPPE Plus is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs procedures.

–  Vendor-Specific Policies: Return policies are determined by each vendor. Please review the vendor’s return policy before making a purchase. WoPPE ShoPPE facilitates the connection but does not manage the return process.
Return Requests: To initiate a return, contact the vendor directly using the contact information provided in your order confirmation or on the vendor’s product page.
– Return Conditions: Returns must comply with the conditions set by the vendor, including time limits, product condition, and packaging requirements.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Refunds are processed by the vendor. Once the vendor receives and inspects the returned item, they will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges: If the vendor offers exchanges, the conditions and availability will be outlined in their return policy.
